Firstly, the tracking code should be placed on each web page of your site. The tracking code serves to collect visitors' data to Roistat from a website. The tracking code sets the roistat_visit cookie to store a visit ID. Once you have successfully installed the tracking code, the Promo Code functionality will be available.
Secondly, it's necessary to integrate Roistat with your Bpm'online sales.
As the result, when a lead is being transferred from the website to CRM, its visit ID is saved into the custom roistat field. Otherwise, if a client is calling to make an order, a manager may ask him/her for a promotional code and put it down into the custom field on a deal/lead card; promo code appearance needs special setup.
To view the Roistat tracking code, navigate to Settings → Tracking Code:
Insert the code between the <body></body> tag of your web pages HTML. It can be placed next to the Google Analytics counter or any others.
Do not place more than one counter in a web page. Placing several counters will cause an error, and consequently all visitors' data will be displayed incorrectly.
Once the tracking code is installed, all visits will be counted and analyzed in Analytics.
It's necessary to add the roistat field to Lead and Order (or only Lead for the team edition) in Bpm'online sales for Roistat to work correctly.
To do this, navigate to the Leads/Orders section and open the lead/order creation page by clicking NEW LEAD/NEW ORDER :
Choose the Open page designer option in the Actions menu to switch to page edit mode:
In the Page designer, click Add → New column → String:
The field set up will then open.
Specify the following field parameters:
Caption — column and field caption that will be shown on the page: "roistat";
String length — maximum number of characters in the text field: "Text (50 characters)".
To save the settings, click Save.
The newly added field will appear in the Page designer. Save the field by clicking Save:

Once you have specified all the information needed, Bpm’online sales statuses will be imported to Roistat.
Once Bpm’online sales has integrated with Roistat, you'll need to arrange the statuses uploaded:
Not registered: waste leads or duplicate deals. Do not delete such leads/orders to provide reliable statistics. You can gather them all in one status, e.g. Waste;
Processing: leads/orders being in process, not completed, e.g. negotiations or product packaging;
Paid: leads/orders that are paid or very likely to be paid.
Rejected: when a client rejects the purchase or requests a refund.
Just drag and drop a status to the box you wish.
Roistat will track your achievements (the Paid group) and forecast possible achievements (the Processing and Paid groups) basing on the grouping principle.
