What to Do If the Phone Number on the Website is Replaced with a Delay

If the phone number on the website is repalced with a delay, we recommend you:

  • Install the Roistat tracking code on the website directly (if the tracking code is installed via Google Tage Manager).
  • Place the Roistat tracking code in the website code higher up.
  • According to our documentation, Roistat tracking code should be placed before the </body> tag. Try to place it after <body> tag or before </head> tag.

Please note:

To avoid violating the website activity, we recommend experimenting with placing the tracking code on the testing version of your website.
