Sending Information About the Call to CRM¶
You can configure the creation of leads in CRM after calls to numbers from Roistat call tracking scrips.
It is expected that you already integrated the CRM into your project.
- In your Roistat project, open Calltracking → Scripts.
- Open the script settings.
- Click the Show Expanded settings for script.
- Open the Integration block and be sure that Lead creation in CRM is enabled button is activated.
- If needed, configure the sending of data to additional fields in CRM. To do it, specify the Key and the Value of the additional field.
- Click the Apply button.
- Click the Save button.
Call the number specified on your website.
Go to the Project diagnostics → List of submitted leads section.
Find the lead created by the call and verify if the additional fields stated in the call tracking script exist.
