(информация) It is expected that you already integrated the CRM into your project. Read more in the Integration setup.

  1. In your Roistat project, open Calltracking → Scenarios
  2. Open the scenario settings. Откройте настройки сценария.
  3. Click the Show Expanded settings for scenario.
  4. Open the Integration block and be sure that Lead creation in CRM is enabled button is activated.  
  5. If needed, configure the sending of data to additional fields in CRM. To do it, specify the Key and the Value of the additional field. 
  6. Click the Apply button.
  7. Click the Save scenario button.    


  1. Call the number specified on your website.
  2. Open the Integrations list in your Roistat project. 
  3. In the Currently connected block, find the integrated CRM and click the Configure button.
  4. In the integration settings window, open the Sent leads
    Or follow the https://cloud.roistat.com/projects/ProjectNumber/integration/proxyLeads link, where ProjectNumber is your Roistat project number. 

     How to find out the number of your Roistat project

    Open your Roistat project. You will see the project number in the address bar of your browser: https://cloud.roistat.com/projects/ProjectNumber/new/report/default.

  5. Find the lead created by the call and verify if the additional fields stated in the calltracking scenarios exist.
